We would like to inform you that a new feature has been released recently regarding Hotel Modification Request. The customer can now request a name change online through Entrada Booking Engine. The affiliate must manage the request with the appropriate supplier offline and then update the system by adding an offline modification. Here is how this process works step-by-step: Step 1: Customer requests a name modification. They access their hotel reservation in EBE and select Request Name Modification. Attention: Modifications to Confirmed bookings are permitted, however the request date must be at least seven days prior to the check-in date. Step 2: The system will display a list with existing first and last names that can be altered if necessary, plus an extra field for comments and special requests. Step 3 : Send Request In the event that an issue arises, an error message will be displayed; otherwise, when a request is sent, a corresponding message will be exhibited The booking status will be changed to “Modification Pending (Confirmed)”, and the original status will be shown in parentheses. Step 4 : Parent Affiliate The Hotel Modification Request email will be sent to Parent Affiliate in order for them to initiate the necessary modifications (highlighted in red). Parent Affiliate will also receive a notification in Entrada Administration panel: It is possible to retrieve the booking via Search Reservations panel by selecting the new Status option. In case the Affiliate is a Source Seller or First Level Affiliate the following options will be displayed: If no modifications can be made, select ‘Reject’, and the Sub affiliate will be notified via an email saying ‘Rejected modification request for reservation CONFAHD20221216103310077’. If changes can be made, fill out the Offline Modification form with the updated names, click ‘Modify’ to confirm and finalize the amendment, and an email will automatically be sent to the Sub affiliate saying ‘Confirmed modification request for reservation CONFAHD20221216103310077’. If the Affiliate is not a Source Seller or First Level Affiliate, they will be shown these options: The Affiliate must reach out to the parent Affiliate in person to request a name change. Upon completion of the amendment, they should confirm it, sending an email as confirmation to the Sub affiliate (Confirmed modification request for reservation CONFAHD20221216103310077). If the amendment cannot be done, then the Affiliate should reject it and a notification email will be sent notifying the Sub affiliate (Rejected modification request for reservation CONFAHD20221216103310077). We are in the pleasant position to inform you that a new feature is released concerning Reservation Additional Charges. This feature gives B2B Agents the ability to insert any additional charges( either their own fee or any other charge) during the booking process. In this case, the amount will be stored in the reservation as an extra charge and will also be charged in case the booking is paid via credit card. The agents have the option to enable this feature through their EBE Administration panel à General Settings à User Settings : The agent can add up to 3 charges (Types = Service Fee, Extra Service, Other) for each service and define whether the system will take them into consideration as Αmount or Percent: Once the booking is completed, in case of Reservation Information the extra amounts will be included in the total cost: This type of information is also available in Entrada Administration through Reservations as well as Reports. From now on the system will display the cancellation policy along with the appropriate time zone, based on the information we receive from each supplier. As a result, the correct cancellation fee will be displayed and calculated during the cancellation process. Local Hotel Cancellation Policy Time Zone   The user will have to select the Policy Time Zone that will be applied to the hotel cancellation policy:  If no Time Zone is selected then the system will take into consideration the Entrada server default one which is Europe/Athens Time Zone. View Reservations in Entrada Administration   The user will be able to view the cancellation policy time zone:  Time Zone will also be available regarding the booking creation: Entrada Booking Engine  The user will be able to view the cancellation policy time zone: The red indication “Press to view it in your time zone” means that the user can view the cancellation policy in his/her own local time zone, based on the information we have from his/her computer regional settings – not from his/her IP: Please pay attention to the fact that, in case the time zone is not available through any supplier or it is stated that it concerns local hotel time zone, we deduct 27 hours from each policy rule and we display time zone GMT in order to be on the safe side. It is with unbearable grief and unspeakable pain that the LINOGROUP family bids farewell to our creator, friend and colleague Maroussa Konstantinidou. Our Maroussa, who will no longer be with us, has always been an uncompromising and genuine supporter and support for all of us, both in joys and sorrows. She was distinguished, apart from her kindness, her positive thinking and her humor, for her effectiveness in whatever she was involved in, giving us many times in her own inimitable and direct way solutions that the rest of us find difficult to find. She fought bravely with cancer, bravely and with incredible dignity facing the unfair blow of fate as a fighter. It is hard to fill the void that our Maroussa leaves in all of us. For us she is a part of our lives. Goodbye to our Maroussa. We bid you a crushing farewell. We will always remember you. Your colleagues at LINOGROUP

We are in the pleasant position to inform you that a new feature concerning the Offline Modification of Transfers has been enabled in Entrada Administration. This new feature can be found in the reservation’s view (see below screenshot): The ability of modifying a transfer booking offline is supported only in case the affiliate is the source seller of the local transfer or the affiliate has a direct relationship with the external transfer supplier. Furthermore, the modifications regarding the following fields are supported: •From – Τo Locations •Service Dates / Times •Pickup Dates / Times •Vehicle Name •Paxes •Customer Info •Ground Agent Info Moreover, the user has the option to add a Modification Fee that will be displayed to the whole sale chain but will not be added to the total price.The default currency of the fee is Euro and there is no option to modify it or add margin as it is only informational. Additionally, a free text field is available for Notes (see below screenshot): Once used, the modifications will be reflected in the corresponding reservation fields (via API as well) and will be displayed as Reservation Modifications and the initial reservation’s details will be no longer available (see below screenshot): Each time a modification is made an automated email will be sent to the whole sale chain (Source Seller, Affiliate(s), Sub-affiliate). In case the modification concerns a local transfer agreement and the Ground Agent’s field, the notification emails will be sent to the new email, provided that the email has been modified. We are in the pleasant position to inform you that a new way of hotel product distribution has been released providing advanced capabilities. This new feature enables you to activate in each affiliate contract per supplier (external and local) and affiliate contract either the whole content or only its Top-Selling. When activating a supplier through an Affiliate Contract an extra option is displayed that needs to be checked (as shown below) in order to enable only its top – selling portfolio. For the same purpose,in case of activating a supplier through the Supplier Management section, an extra option is displayed that needs to be checked (as shown below): Regarding the locally uploaded Hotels, the user will need to create its Top Selling ones by flagging them through their Basic Info. It is important to note that this feature will be useful only if a significant number are uploaded or if these are not activated by “Add Hotels” (individually) option. We are pleased to announce that new subsections are available within Entrada Dashboards concerning Buyer and Supplier Statistics: You can now see the activity of your Buyers per service as well as your direct Suppliers through out time and extract useful information via their statistics: Regarding the section Buyers the following information is available: On the first table, detailed information is displayed for either all or a specific buyer and includes data regarding requests, searches and errors. The second table, refers to information regarding the top searched countries, regions, cities and hotels. Additionally, the dashboard offers more insight in relation to top booked hotels as well as booking per hotel star rating and booked suppliers. Regarding the section Suppliers, the following information is available: Users can find useful information regarding suppliers statistics which include among others reservations, L2B indications and errors. Additionally, data offers more insight regarding bookings and top booked hotels. Finally, the users can find detailed information in relation to suppliers’ errors. We are pleased to announce that we have implemented a new functionality in Entrada Platform, Secondary Credit Limit.This is addressed to  the sub affiliate level and it is related with  hotel services only. The main aim is to help the sub affiliates and their clients to make good use of their credit limit and not spend it for future reservations. The existing (primary) credit limit as well as its functionality remain the same. Please bear in mind that, in order to activate the Secondary Credit Limit to a sub affiliate, the selection of Payment Method -> Credit Limit (not Credit Limit & Credit Card) is essential. The cost of a hotel reservation will be subtracted based on sub affiliate setup and more specifically based on Service Start or Service End or Cancel Fees Start. Non-refundable reservations as well as reservations without online cancellation policy are excepted and their cost will be subtracted at the time of booking. Therefore, the system will monitor all hotel reservations each day at midnight and based on sub affiliate setup will subtract the relevant amounts. In case the credit limit is less than 500 Euro (or any other currency) or negative, a Buyer Credit Limit Notification email will be sent to the accounting department and affiliate. Additionally, the same procedure will be made for a range of 5 days and in case the credit limit is less than 500 Euro (or any other currency) or negative, a Buyer Future Credit Limit Notification email will be sent to accounting department and affiliate. The Notification emails could be sent to the accounting email directly by adding the corresponding email to Accounting Email (Affiliate Settings) and the Reservations Email/s will be in cc. Entrada Travel Technology announces the development of the Reservations Management Feature, which allows Entrada affiliate users to view their sub affiliates reservations and proceed to any appropriate action. As displayed in the screenshot below, within the Entrada Administration section and more specifically in the Reservation section the View in Booking Engine button has been added, which allows any affiliate user or administrator user to retrieve any reservation made by any other user. Consequently, any user in the same level (sub-affiliates) can manage, as illustrated in the below screenshot, the reservations of each other without sharing their own credentials or entering the user administrator’s credentials. The Entrada’s  Credit  Limit – Credit Card new feature  allows the Entrada users to proceed to  reservations even if their credit limit has been exceeded. The system will switch to credit card if  the sub affiliate credit is not enough to complete the reservation. This setting must be enabled in the sub-affiliate payment method. Therefore, it is required that there is a merchant account defined either on the affiliate’s account or sub-affiliate’s one. In the following picture, from the affiliate contract section, the user must browse to Payment Method  and choose the Credit Limit & Credit Card option.   Therefore, during the final step of the reservation, the system will check if there is enough credit and the BOOK NOW button will appear.
